Micro centrifuge tube 0.2ml (1000 units) has a composition that makes it very resistant to various chemical solvents, such as chloroform, alkalis and acids. It has the ability to withstand both very low temperatures (-20 ° C) and high temperatures (allowing its sterilization in an autoclave). In addition, this micro tube is quite resistant to the penetration of microorganisms and due to its density, it floats in water.

They are widely used in various fields, not only for centrifugation, but as simple containers for substances.
