Please confirm the availability of the items you wish to order before finalizing your order.
Placing an order with us is very easy and complies with all the rules and laws of Electronic Commerce. To order at www.abcescolar.pt follow these steps:
- Browse our online store to find the desired product(s);
- Add the product(s) to the Shopping Cart;
- When you have all the desired products in your Shopping Cart, click on Finalize Order ;
- If you haven't already done so, fill in the requested fields (Login, registration or guest);
- Fill in the billing, shipping and payment details;
- Review your order and click Finalize;
All promotional campaigns follow the general rules of stock availability. Unless otherwise described in the campaign conditions, all campaigns are Online Exclusive.
All promotions offered by ABC Escolar are automatically applied to the shopping cart, according to the conditions of each campaign. Therefore, all returns and exchanges that may result from these purchases using a discount (Promotional Code) will be based on the final invoice value and not the actual value of the items in the order.
For the purposes of calculating shipping costs, the amount to be taken into account is the total purchase amount with discounts applied.
Important : Order processing only begins after payment confirmation (except orders sent to Cash on Delivery).

If the data is not correct or you wish to change your order, you can immediately request the change, or even the cancellation of the purchase through our Customer Support .
Under the terms of Law 7/2004 of 7 January, relating to electronic commerce, ABC Escolar reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, computer malfunction or if the contractual proposal arrives at its destination in a deformed manner where the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
