The handheld refractometer is a very easy-to-use instrument that provides information on the total percentage of dissolved solids in an aqueous solution.

These types of utensils allow you to analyze different samples, such as the sugar present in juices, fruit, milk, drinks, jams or wine, as well as the concentration of salt in drinks and food.
