Hockey sticks

Hockey sticks are ideal for encouraging sports and developing motor coordination. Physical education in kindergarten should provide challenging and diverse experiences and opportunities in which children learn to know and use their bodies better, creating a positive self-image; to participate in forms of cooperation and healthy competition; to follow rules to act together; to organize themselves to achieve a common goal, accepting and overcoming difficulties and failures.

When playing with this set, children acquire greater control over their body, strength, agility, balance and muscular coordination, which allows them to progressively perform more complex and precise movements.

Performing basic motor skills to explore and master portable devices allows children to explore the relationship between their bodies and objects moving in space. This involves using their hands and feet, as well as other parts of their body. Children should have the opportunity to improve these skills by creating different combinations of familiar elements or reinventing other ways of using materials.
