Equilateral prism

Equilateral prism, made of quality glass.

Excellent tool for optical experiments.

Prisms will create a beautiful rainbow (even in room light) using the simple LED light from a smart phone (like an iPhone).

The user will need to create a small slit in a piece of black paper and use this slit in front of the LED which will create a beam of light.

The prisms will then refract the white light and create a beautiful rainbow on a target far from the prism.

The further you move the target, the larger the rainbow will be and the more distinct colors the user will be able to see.

A great tool for teaching optics or just for fun.
