Interesting construction of a mini electronic piano with note regulation by potentiometers. The parts that regulate the frequency are capacitors and potentiometers.

This scheme is a standard application in which variable resistors - potentiometers - determine the pitch of sounds. The 1 MOhm resistance between the base and emitter of the BC548 transistor prevents the grinding noise that can occur on unplayed keys. On the other hand, this resistance reduces the vacuum current by a factor of 100, since a switch is superfluous.

Work to be carried out on this model: marking, welding and assembly.
