The Keyestudio L298P H-bridge Motor Driver Shield features an L298P driver chip , specially designed for a high-power motor. It is capable of directly operating two DC (direct current) motors, through a transmission current of 2 amps.

Two H-bridges
According to the connection method, it is possible to control the transfer, reverse and stop of the two DC motors (M1 and M2), as well as PWM regulation.

Other information

The output motor is equipped with a high-speed Schottky Diode 8 protection. It features a pure circuit layout, connected components and a multilayer design, which allows the Shield to connect directly to the Arduino.

In addition, this Shield has a PWM mode. The motor can be turned on through the Arduino's VIN input and terminal input functions, which can be changed from the Jumper.
