Balance trainer

Balance trainer, also known as Bozu , is made of air-filled rubber for balance exercises. You can stand, sit or lie down on it. They help with balance and provide a lot of fun. Ideal for developing motor coordination skills.

When children play with these half-spheres, they acquire greater control over their body, strength, agility, balance and muscular coordination, which allows them to progressively perform more complex and precise movements.

Exploring different forms of movement allows us to become aware of the various segments of the body, their possibilities and limitations, facilitating the progressive internalization of the body schema and also the awareness of the body in relation to the external space.
