Distributed in 4 main experiments, the Transistors teaching module addresses the principles of behavior and operation of NPN and PNP transistors, allowing experimentation with the basic concepts of these elements.

Experiment 1. Transistor as current source. Constant emitter current, increasing Vce etc.
Experiment 2. NPN bias. Transistor switch, soft saturation and hard saturation.
Experiment 3. PNP bias. Transistor switch, input and output difference with NPN, inverter gate.
Experiment 4. Transistor RS scale. Behavior vs true table input, behavior etc.
